United Touch S Makes History in Aachen

“United Touch S is making history in Aachen — and we’re proud that his career began with us in Hünxe.”

“Moments like this only happen once in a lifetime.” – Richard Vogel after his triumphant victory in the Rolex Grand Prix of Aachen with United Touch S.

Following their success at the Dutch Masters in March, this exceptional duo has now also claimed victory in Aachen – and we are incredibly proud to be part of this remarkable success story.

The sporting and breeding career of United Touch S, bred and owned by Julius-Peter Sinnack, began at our station in Hünxe. After being licensed and awarded premium status in Westphalia in 2014, he was further developed with us and laid the foundation for his impressive career. Already during his 30-day test in Neustadt/Dosse, he stood out as the top jumping horse with a jumping-focused final score of 9.35 and the maximum score of 10.0 for his jumping ability.

Hendrik Dowe subsequently developed him into a top young prospect and became Vice Bundeschampion of five-year-old show jumpers with him in 2017. With Richard Vogel, the international winning streak finally began. Since yesterday at the latest, the reigning European Championship pair belongs among the top favorites for the World Championships in Aachen this August.

Another exceptional talent also connects us with Richard Vogel: Acorezzo. The premium stallion of the Hanoverian Show Jumping Stallion Licensing 2024 moved into his breeding stallion box in Hünxe after being purchased by Richard Vogel and David Will, and has since been promoted by us in sport. We are very excited about the future of this highly talented four-year-old.

But United Touch S is not only impressive in sport – he is also setting new standards as a sire. His son Untouched LB Z is currently regarded as one of the most exciting up-and-coming Grand Prix stallions in international show jumping. He celebrated his first advanced-level victory under Alexander Ofner during his time at our station before Christian Ahlmann discovered him for Studfarm Zangersheide.

With strong CSI5* placings, Untouched LB Z is now attracting international attention – and yesterday he once again demonstrated his enormous quality in the Rolex Grand Prix of Aachen. A rail at the final fence and a time penalty prevented qualification for the second round, but the potential of this exceptional stallion is unmistakable.

It fills us with great joy and pride to accompany the development of such special stallions – and we are certain: this is only the beginning.
