Successful careers for stallions
begin at the licensing.
We prepare them for it.

The preparation of young stallions for the licensing has always been of particular importance both for our operation and for the stallion station. Numerous stallions that caused a stir at the licensing and later celebrated success in the dressage arena or in the course were prepared for their licensing here in Hünxe. This naturally also applies to the stallions from our own breeding – Fidertanz being the foremost, who has had a tremendous influence on dressage horse breeding.

From our current collection, it is Valdiviani, the Veneno son out of a Fidertanz mare, who was prepared by us for the Hanoverian Licensing in 2018 and finished as a premium stallion. Escamillo, who enriched our stallion collection for two years, also started his journey from our operation to the Hanoverian Licensing in 2017 and returned as a premium stallion. For our stallion station, we were very pleased to offer our breeders three new additions who left the Hanoverian Licensing as premium stallions. Besides Escamillo, these were the For Romance son Fassianos and Bel Amour. Naturally, this was also a great success for our operation, as the targeted preparation here in 2017 laid the foundation for these achievements.
A show jumping stallion currently making headlines in the course is undoubtedly Don Diarado (Diarado – Lord Lancer). The 2009-born Rhinelander, bred by Dirk Lohmann from Schermbeck, was prepared by us for his licensing. The premium stallion of the year 2011 was part of the German team at the 2018 World Equestrian Games, winning the bronze medal! His success in international top-level show jumping under the saddle of Maurice Tebbel is evident in his winnings. By the end of 2019, he had a lifetime earning of 262,905 Euros, of which 156,277 Euros were earned in 2019 alone!

Also finishing as a premium stallion, For Dance, born in 2013, completed the Hanoverian Licensing. The For Romance son out of a Rubiloh dam was bred by ZG Butkus from Overath and given into our hands for licensing preparation.

In 2017 and 2018, the Rhinelander reached the finals at the Bundeschampionat. He is now victorious in class M dressage horse competitions under the saddle of Rieke Schnieder. The stallions mentioned here are just some of the successful athletes and sires whose foundation for a stallion career was created here in Hünxe.

We are pleased with the successes and look forward to the licensing preparations of many more highly interesting youngsters!
