ACOREZZO
He was celebrated as a premium stallion at the 2024 Hanoverian licensing for show jumping stallions—and was correspondingly in high demand at the subsequent auction: ACOREZZO. After intense bidding, Richard Vogel and David Will secured him for €195,000. He moved into one of our stables and has been developed further in sport.
Acorezzo completed the 50-day performance test (with a focus on jumping) in Adelheidsdorf from October 7 to November 25, 2025, with great composure. The 3-year-old son of Arezzo VDL achieved the fourth-best result among 19 stallions, earning a final jumping-focused score of 8.41. He gained particular recognition for his attitude, character/temperament, and willingness to perform, receiving three scores of 9.0. His canter, scope, technique, and overall impression were each rated 8.5.
He was bred by Antonius Schulze-Averdiek from Rosendahl. The dam of this premium stallion is Cornada, a daughter of Cornado I (by Cornet Obolensky), who also originates from the renowned breeding farm in Rosendahl. She is, among other things, the half-sister of the licensed stallion Fire and Ice J, a son of For Contest, who has been internationally successful up to 1.60 m level under Leonie Böckmann.
Arezzo VDL, the sire of Acorezzo, has won Grand Prix show jumping competitions, including S***** classes in Odense, Den Bosch, and Helsinki. We are very pleased that this youngster, from an exceptionally well-established mare line, is enriching our stallion collection.
